The products offered on this website are custom-made garments. Products descriptions, images, and details are provided for informational purposes only. Slight variations in colour, size, or design placement may occur. 

All products are manufactured and shipped by third-party production and logistics partners located in Europe or the United States depending on the delivery destination.

Prices

All prices are listed in the country's currency of the client ( EUR €, USD, ... ) and are final. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment confirmation.

 

Orders

Orders are placed exclusively through the website : he-iz.com

To place an order, the customer must provide accurate information ( name, shipping address, email, ... ) After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled .

Payments

Payment is due at the time of ordering and must be made using one of the available payment methods ( Credit Card, Shop, Paypal ... ). Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by our professional suppliers.

For customers located in the United States, products are manufactured and shipped by our U.S.- based suppliers.

For customers located in Europe, products are manufactured and shipped by our European suppliers.

This localised fulfilment process helps reduce delivery times, lower shipping costs, and avoid customs-related delays.

Estimate delivery times ( after production ) :

USA : 4-14 business days 

Europe : 4-10 business days 

These are average estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier performance, or seasonal demand.

Shipping delays do not entitle customers to compensation or order cancellation.

Taxes and Local Fees 

United States and Canada

For orders shipping to the United States, local sales tax may be applied by state authorities upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices displayed on our store.

For orders shipping to Canada, federal and provincial taxes such as GST, PST, or TVQ may be applied by local authorities upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices displayed on our store.

Our suppliers ship from local to minimize customs duties, but we cannot control any taxes or fees your carrier may charge at delivery.

Europe

Orders shipped within the European Union are fulfilled by our EU-based partner.  Due to the French tax regulations applicable to our business, VAT is not charged at checkout. No customs duties or additional fees apply, ensuring duty-free shipping across the European Union, including France.

 

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article L221-28 of French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalised or customised based on the customer's specifications. 

Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted in case of defective or incorrect products.

 

Complaints and Returns 

In case of defect, production error, or damaged  product, the customer must contact support within 14 days of delivery, providing : 

• a clear explanation of the issue 
• photographic evidence
• order number

If the complaint is validated, replacement or refund may be offered.
