Orders from customers in Europe are fulfilled by our European suppliers.

Taxes and Local Fees 

United States and Canada

For orders shipping to the United States, local sales tax may be applied by state authorities upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices displayed on our store.

For orders shipping to Canada, federal and provincial taxes such as GST, PST, or TVQ may be applied by local authorities upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices displayed on our store.

Our suppliers ship from local to minimize customs duties, but we cannot control any taxes or fees your carrier may charge at delivery.

Europe

Orders shipped within the European Union are fulfilled by our EU-based partner.  Due to the French tax regulations applicable to our business, VAT is not charged at checkout. No customs duties or additional fees apply, ensuring duty-free shipping across the European Union, including France.

Lost or Damaged Packages
